Provide Comments

The public scoping period ended on August 12, 2024. The public scoping period provided an opportunity for government agencies, elected officials, community organizations, and individuals to submit comments on the proposal.  All of the scoping materials remain available for review on this website on the Get Involved and Documents pages. Comments provided during the public scoping period will be reviewed and considered in development of the Draft EIS.

An additional opportunity to provide comments will be offered during the Draft EIS public comment period, which is anticipated in 2025.
